Rachel Knoll is a filmmaker and artist exploring the intersection of film, design, and technology. She works in a variety of disciplines but at the core of her projects is a conceptual idea engaged with culture and imbued with experimentation. Her experience living in 4 countries has given her a global perspective and curiosity in telling entertaining stories and building compelling visuals.

Currently in Minneapolis, she balances her time between working as a filmmaker at Olson, and doing independent projects - most recently receiving a grant from the Jerome Foundation in 2017 to direct a short film in Alaska. She holds with a master's degree from the school of design at the Royal College of Art in London, and has exhibited/screened work internationally.
