During a residency at the Walker Art Center I created a remote-controlled grass circle modeled after the patterned stationary grass circles planted in the front of the building. My grass circle has the ability to move freely; liberated from its rooted counterparts.
I am a Minneapolis-based artist/filmmaker. I work on a variety of motion, still, and installation projects with an emphasis on finding new ways to capture and tell stories. Linking humor with a visual sensibility is central to my process.
I currently work in a hybrid production-creative role where I have experience concepting, shooting, and editing motion and still work. I graduated with a Master's Degree in Design Interactions at the Royal College of Art in London. Prior to this I worked as a video tutor in Switzerland, and in production/creative studios in the US and Canada.
I am continually seeking out interesting and creative projects, both personal and for work. Please get in contact if you are interested in working together.
